Fried Catfish with Hushpuppies Recipe

I made Fried Catfish with Hushpuppies and Creole tartar sauce for dinner last night, it sure hit the spot. When I make Fried Seafood I use a little Wondra flour in the coating, which makes the finished product nice and crunchy. Here is the post and the recipes:
