Oyster Dressing Recipe at Nola Cuisine

This post takes you through making classic New Orleans Oyster Dressing, rich, savory and full of texture. The recipe layers plump oysters and their briny juices into a base of cubed, slightly stale bread mixed with the “trinity” (onion, celery, bell pepper) plus butter and seasonings.
